When pews in the North aisle of the church and the platform they were on were removed we were very surprised to discover 16th century tombs; they are ancestors of Ann Wicks. An archeologist has recorded all the details which will be kept with the archives of the church. They are to be covered with board flooring, so that they will be accessible to historians in future years.
